With web hosting being our primary service we are not professional website designers or developers but nevertheless know enough for our needs.

• There are thousands of very low cost or even free scripts and programs available that's good enough for many, many different things. Since it's more important and we also prefer that clients rather focus on what they know best instead of waste time learning things that they don't really need, we can help them with installation, configuration and basic changes at very low cost. • With the purchase of a complete website such as a for example a town portal we help clients to change the website for free up to a certain point. While we really want to help our clients and satisfy their needs we are however not a welfare organisation that offer our service for free.  We handle every request on a case by case base but are in general always willing to help people that's reasonable and willing to put in some effort too.  
   
• Our web hosting control panel include two programs, RVSitebuilder and Fantastico Deluxe that enable our clients to install several free programs, templates or build their own website within just a few clicks of the mouse.

Normally we rather prefer to help clients with minor technical things than let them struggle all alone or charging them for such service but that depends heavily on WHAT the client need and his/her ATTITUDE towards his/her own website based on the following quote.
